We carry out all our property-management ourselves in our office in London. We offer a hands on approach, tailored to our landlords individual requirements. We get to know our landlords, properties and tenants well. Unusual for the industry, we combine a management and maintenance service into one. We carry out as much maintenance work in house as we can. Our property managers are handy, and can walk through many issues remotely. When this isn’t possible, our in house maintenance team can attend quickly and more economically than using expensive external contractors.
