The flat is on the ground floor of a converted book shop, on beautiful, leafy Camberwell Grove, a short walk from Camberwell Green.
You enter into a hallway, with a storage cupboard, and space for hanging coats. To the right is the first bedroom, a double with large windows looking onto the street. At the other end of the hallway is the living area, which include the kitchen, and french windows onto the internal courtyard. This room has hardwood flooring throughout.
The kitchen has large amounts of counter space, with granite worktops, a breakfast bar, and a butler sink. There is plenty of storage space in the cupboards, and all appliances are integrated – including a dishwasher.
Leading off the main space is the shared bathroom, with bath and shower. Next along is the second bedroom, larger than the first, with built-in wardrobes, and access into the courtyard. The courtyard itself is walled on all sides, and allows you to have some private outside space. Finally, back in the living area, there is decent-sized additional storage under the stairs.
The third bedroom, also at the front of the house, is the largest, and would be suitable for couples. It has high windows facing onto the street, and its own en suite bathroom.
Denmark Hill (a London Overground Tube station) is five minutes away, offering a regular services into central London. Camberwell Green – a minute away – offers bus services towards Victoria, Dulwich, New Cross, and Waterloo, many of them 24 hours, so you won’t have to worry about getting caught out on a night out.
